Rim identifier questions.

How does the rim identifier work?

Upload a photo of a wheel, or of a car with the wheels in view. Our AI looks at the spoke design, the lip, the center cap and any visible logo, then names the most likely brand, model and finish, with a couple of alternatives.

Is it free?

Yes. You can check up to 10 photos a day without signing up.

What photo works best?

A straight-on close-up of one wheel, in daylight, with the center cap visible. A photo from a car show or Instagram works too.

Can I see the wheel on my own car?

If it's one of the 386 wheels in our catalogue, press Try on my car and upload your car photo. Your first render is free. If it isn't in the catalogue, you can upload the wheel photo as your own wheel, or ask us to add it.

How accurate is it?

Distinctive wheels with visible logos are usually named correctly. Plain multi-spoke designs look alike across brands, so treat the answer as a strong lead and confirm with the seller before you buy.

Does it identify factory (OEM) wheels?

Yes. It will tell you when a wheel looks like a factory design and name the car maker's style where it can.
